Workspace Activity & Live Updates
Follow changes from teammates, integrations and agents as they happen.
Automatic updates
The web app keeps a shared event connection open for the workspace you are viewing. Committed changes refresh issue lists and details, projects, cycles, documents, PRDs, stories, roadmap items, notifications, integration activity and agent runs. A list keeps all the pages you have already loaded when it refreshes.
Activity page
Choose Activity in the sidebar to see the latest 50 recorded changes from the past seven days. Each summary includes the content name when available, a timestamp and a link to existing content. Deleted content has no link. Notifications appear only for their recipient. Bodies, comments, integration secrets and agent prompts are excluded from summaries.
Editing content
Updates refresh content you are viewing. A title or description you are editing keeps your local draft; document content waits until the editor is unfocused and local saves have finished. Saving applies your edit using the normal save behavior. Coordinate simultaneous edits to the same field with your teammates.
Connection and recovery
The activity page shows Live, Connecting, Reconnecting, Paused or Access ended. Hidden tabs and offline connections pause the stream. Returning to the tab, reconnecting after an outage, refreshing a session token or renewing a bounded connection fetches a fresh activity snapshot and reconciles current data. Reconnect can retry a failed connection manually.
Activity order reflects when changes were recorded; concurrent transactions can commit in a different order. Reconciliation uses current content, so a lower event number does not cause a late commit to be ignored. The activity page keeps recent history and does not expose an automation replay cursor.
Workspace access
The event endpoint verifies your session and workspace membership before connecting, before delivering changes and while idle. Losing membership or signing out ends access and clears the activity feed. Event summaries are delivered through the authenticated app endpoint; browser database access remains restricted.
