Views & Filters
Save filter configurations and switch between custom views.
Creating a View
Apply filters on the Issues page (status, priority, assignee, labels, search), then click Save View. Give it a name like “My open bugs” or “High priority backlog”.
Using Views
Navigate to Views in the sidebar to see all saved views. Click a view to instantly apply its filters. Views are shared across the workspace — anyone on the team can use them.
URL-Driven Filters
Filter state is encoded in the URL. This means you can share a filtered view simply by copying the URL from your browser. The filters are preserved when bookmarking or sharing links.
Filter Options
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | One or more status values (Backlog, Todo, In Progress, Done, Cancelled) |
| Priority | One or more priority levels (None, Low, Medium, High, Urgent) |
| Assignee | Filter by assigned team member |
| Label | One or more labels |
| Search | Full-text search across title and description |
Managing Views
From the Views page, you can rename, update, or delete saved views. Updating a view replaces its filter configuration with the current filters.
