Views & Filters

Save filter configurations and switch between custom views.

Creating a View

Apply filters on the Issues page (status, priority, assignee, labels, search), then click Save View. Give it a name like “My open bugs” or “High priority backlog”.

Using Views

Navigate to Views in the sidebar to see all saved views. Click a view to instantly apply its filters. Views are shared across the workspace — anyone on the team can use them.

URL-Driven Filters

Filter state is encoded in the URL. This means you can share a filtered view simply by copying the URL from your browser. The filters are preserved when bookmarking or sharing links.

Filter Options

FilterDescription
StatusOne or more status values (Backlog, Todo, In Progress, Done, Cancelled)
PriorityOne or more priority levels (None, Low, Medium, High, Urgent)
AssigneeFilter by assigned team member
LabelOne or more labels
SearchFull-text search across title and description

Managing Views

From the Views page, you can rename, update, or delete saved views. Updating a view replaces its filter configuration with the current filters.
